These Terms of Service govern your use of the Not on Hangers website and the purchase of products from us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Ordering
All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Product images are representative mockups and actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and fabric dye variations. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, sizing information, and color selection.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times thereafter depend on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
We currently ship within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us at hello@notonhangers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reserve the right to request additional information to process your claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Not on Hangers or their respective creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
By placing an order, you represent that you have the right to purchase the product for personal use and agree not to reproduce or resell designs for commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Not on Hangers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Not on Hangers operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
